All products are delivered instantly via secure digital channels (direct download links, PDF documents, or private Notion workspace access). No physical items will be shipped. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification. While we strive for 100% availability, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to server maintenance or third-party API interruptions. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Upon purchase, GrowthNest Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the digital products for your personal or internal business purposes. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trade secrets, remain the sole property of GrowthNest Digital.

• No Resale: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sub-license our engineered prompts or frameworks to any third party.

Any violation of these license terms will result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may lead to legal action for intellectual property infringement.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any technical issues or do not receive your product, please contact support within 24 hours.

Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where a product is proven to be defective or misrepresented, and where technical support has been unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of GrowthNest Digital.
